Alpha P-10 State School follows the school wide values and expectations of Respect, Safety, Responsibility and Learning.
The school has a Responsible Behaviour Plan (PDF, 7.1MB) for students which highlights the behaviour expectations for students. The school follows the PBL (Positive Behaviour for Learning) model for behaviour management and intervention in the school. The school expectations and values are updated weekly and spoken about on behaviour parade each Tuesday morning. Parents are also welcome to attend Behaviour Parade.
