If sickness, dental appointments or other circumstances prevent attendance at school, please notify the school by telephone/fax that morning or by sending a note the following school day. Where the school has not been notified of a student’s absence, parents will receive a SMS message to confirm absence. Parents need to reply to this SMS or ring the school to confirm a student’s absence.
If there is no reply, we may need to organise a Welfare Check. This is a legal requirement.
